Client Responsibilities: The client agrees to provide all necessary information and resources to complete the services within the agreed timeframe. The client is responsible for reviewing and approving all materials and content provided by the team before publication or implementation.

Payment and Billing: Services will be billed according to the rates established in the contract between the team and the client. Payment must be made within the timeframe specified in the contract. The team reserves the right to suspend services in case of payment delay.

Intellectual Property: All content created by the team during the provision of services, including applications, designs, and marketing materials, remains the property of the team unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Warranty and Support: The team guarantees that services will be delivered as agreed upon and within industry professional standards. We offer technical support to resolve any issues related to the services provided for a specific period after delivery, as agreed upon in the contract.

Cancellation and Refund: The client may cancel services at any time, subject to the terms set forth in the contract, and may be subject to cancellation fees. We do not offer refunds for services rendered unless otherwise specified in the contract.

Limitation of Liability: The team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to the services provided.

Changes to Terms: The team reserves the right to revise and update these terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the website.
